MEETINGS

Art and business to protect the rural landscape

The history of the Vigne Museum began on September 20, 2014 — the day of its inauguration on the occasion of the centenary celebrations for Livio Felluga, patriarch of Italian viticulture — with an international event that brought together enology, art, science and architecture.

The Vigne Museum is a witness to the meeting of two grand old men, not only due to their ages, but above all for the role they have played through much of the twentieth century and down to the present day: Livio Felluga and Yona Friedman.

Brave innovators with big hearts and a sharp vision, have made their mark in their respective fields, becoming a point of reference for generations to come.

The inauguration of the Vigne Museum by Yona Friedman with Jean-Baptiste Decavèle was opening with the conference Art and Business to safeguard the rural landscape curated by Mario Pieroni and Dora Stiefelmeier of RAM radioartemobile.
